- Listings must accurately describe the item, its condition, and any known defects.
- Prohibited items include counterfeit goods, stolen property, and anything illegal under UK law.
- Prices must be in GBP. The Service is UK-only at launch.
5a. Payments and payouts
- All payments on AnimeVault are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of Stripe’s terms of service.
- Sellers must complete Stripe Express onboarding before they can accept payments. Stripe carries out identity and bank-account verification independently.
- Buyers pay sellers via Stripe Checkout. AnimeVault does not hold buyer funds.
- Sellers receive payouts to their nominated bank account on a 14-day delay from the date of sale. This delay aligns with the buyer’s statutory 14-day cancellation right.
- AnimeVault’s current commission rate on sales is 0%. We may introduce or change fees in future and will give at least 30 days’ notice via email before doing so.
5b. Seller obligations
